I needed some exhaust repair. The first place I went said $1700 and cant do it for 3 days. Second place said $3400 and can do same day. But the manager at the second place showed me exactly what I needed and recommended Rainbow since they can manufacture what I needed instead of replacing the entire exhaust. Rainbow did the job for $200, same day! They also found that I had a leaking transaxle (which I knew about already) and did that job for a reasonable amount. They did have problems with their parts supplier which delayed the job by a day, but they discounted the work by $50 for my inconvenience. I think this is a great operation! Thank you Rainbow!

Great service today. They gave me an estimated time to finish and were able to get the job done ahead of schedule. Technician was courteous to work with. Would recommend in the future if I had other muffler issues to take care of.

Matt was great to work with, very honest, great prices, quick service, gives great advice as well. I was unlucky enough to have my cat converter stolen and these guys got me in quickly. Sounds better than before my cat was stolen. I had them also take care of an oil change while I was there. Well rounded guys!

I brought my car to this location needing to get my exhaust tips adjusted. They were originally installed by the Bishop rd location. After immediately seeing the car for the first time since installation I asked if the tips can be moved back and I was told there is nothing they can do and that they were installed correctly. As soon as I pulled up to Nottingham rd location the employee there immediately said that they look like crap and it’s not supposed to stick out that far. He got me right in and adjusted the tips with no problem in under 20 minutes! Great customer service and my overall experience with Rainbow Muffler turned from worst to the best. I had a great experience at Rainbow Motors. I called because I needed a quick diagnosis on my heat shield, and Matt got me in right away. He was honest, fair, and very friendly. The service was fast, and he took care of everything quickly so I could get back on the road without any stress. You can tell Matt and his staff are friendly and easy to work with. I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend Rainbow Motors.
